Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's impossible to miss the large red façade of this Vietnamese canteen, where you can rediscover the country's traditional flavors. The format is classic but honest, with a real emphasis on authenticity. Naturally, we'll start with spring rolls and egg rolls, before testing the vapors (Vietnamese pancakes, stuffed bites), followed by buns, woks and skewers, not forgetting the unavoidable phở. Finally, iced mochi, coconut pearls and tapioca pearls.
