Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Big Mamma Group's flower-filled adventure continues, in what was the foundation stone of the empire. The basics remain the same: excellent Italian products served up in simple, effective recipes. What a pity all this talent wasn't put to good use in French cuisine! Good antipasti, carbo d'école, risotto cacio e pepe, pizza margherita, so many classics precisely and efficiently brought up to date. And the queue on the sidewalk, every day.
