A stylish trattoria near Place des Vosges, serving up delicious Italian-inspired dishes with a market-to-table twist. It features a beautiful wood-paneled setting and carefully sourced ingredients; we keep coming back for the ever-changing seasonal menu—this time, a plate of burrata, Parma ham, arugula, and nectarine; pappardelle with cod ragù, garlic, lemon, and parsley; and a roasted pork tenderloin with pepper sauce, fresh green beans, and hazelnuts.
