Gault&Millau's review 2026

A smart trattoria that's a little different from the usual, while retaining a spirit of simplicity and accessibility. The tone is Italian, in the service and on the plate, but no more classic recipes: Parmesan shortbread, eggplant caviar and garlic-marinated zucchini, orzo salad with sautéed shrimp, datterini tomatoes and cucumber, orecchiette with pistachio and basil pesto, stracciatella, half-cooked tuna with sauce vierge, fennel and crispy chickpeas, sbriciolata with apricots and verbena chantilly. Lunch menu €26.
