Located in the heart of the Marais, this restaurant—which initially stood out for its unique concept (it served only desserts)—has seemed a bit lackluster to us lately. At lunch, the single €35 set menu lets you treat yourself to a (small) indulgence at a reasonable price (mushrooms in cream sauce with oat emulsion, Béarn pork chop, potatoes and a robust gravy, and a nostalgic dessert featuring chocolate and buckwheat). Dinner is served exclusively as a “carte blanche” menu—meaning a blind tasting with no choices (though a vegetarian option is available).
