In the Albigny neighborhood, Bridget has opened a one-of-a-kind restaurant that transforms culinary delights into moments of joy while radiating a contagious warmth. The name of this place alone evokes our host’s bond with her children—and, by extension, for this former educator who understands what it means to care for others, the bond that unites her with each of her guests. Pampering you: that’s the primary goal of this compassionate host, who—alongside Yannick, the head chef, and Camille, the maître d’—also delights our taste buds with 100% homemade, fresh, local, and refined cuisine. Starting at 7:30 a.m., breakfast is served in “Le Cocon”—a charming name given to the air-conditioned dining room—or on the balcony, which is actually a lovely terrace, featuring pastries and cookies from Pan & Gatô next door, which Bridget also runs, not to mention homemade jams and spreads. At lunchtime and in the evening, guests are treated to subtle flavor pairings, featuring traditional, exotic, and vegetarian dishes… along with gluten-free and/or lactose-free options. 3:00 p.m.: it’s time for sweet, icy, or savory treats. On Wednesday evenings, enjoy all-you-can-eat shrimp and risotto, and on Sundays—coming very soon—a new special event! The menu changes with the seasons and our chefs’ inspiration, and you can also order the daily special to go. Open daily: breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., afternoon snacks from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Note: All-you-can-eat shrimp and rice on Wednesdays.
