A renowned Italian address in a memorable setting reminiscent of Ricardo Bofill's fábrica, with its high ceilings and bare concrete. The menu is that of a classic trattoria, with simple but appreciable dishes: Cantabrian anchovies, sea bass carpaccio and mango vinaigrette, Neapolitan pizzas with bear's garlic pesto and asparagus, margherita with mushroom cream, mortadella, smoked ricotta and pistachio slivers, paccheri alla n'duja and pecorino, linguine alle vongole and bottarga, Florentine steak. For dessert, pistachio tiramisù or pizza with Piedmont hazelnut cream.
