Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the old town, near the elegant Romanesque bridge, Christophe and Isabelle run a fine address, where the chef creates sophisticated ideas, full of color and aestheticism. The dishes are fashionable and change regularly, and include beef tataki with peas, hake back with vegetables and verveine, Iberian pig solomillo with sesame-roasted spelt and cinnamon leaf jus, and chocolate ravioli. Fair prices.
