On the edge of the main road leading to Toulouse, Damien Cadei keeps a watchful eye from his kitchen, which opens onto the main dining room with its green ceiling. A loyal following fills the room, thanks to an attractive à la carte menu and low-priced set menus, from €38 to €63. The cuisine is rustic, with quality products such as the foie gras and asparagus raviole, or the pollack dish with peanut crunch and curry, which is well cooked despite a little too much sugar. The dessert of Breton pecan sablé, blood orange cream and light vanilla cream concludes on a gourmet note. The wine list is oriented southwest, and the price is right.
