Its old-fashioned façade conceals a fresh, contemporary cuisine, with a lunch menu at €29 and a dinner menu where the chef lets loose with more noble products and more ambitious compositions, surfing on trends and associations: xio maï bearin châtaigne, ormeau os à moelle sauce bordelaise au foie d'abmeau et cacao, joue de boeuf en bourguignon oignon de Roscoff champignons glacés asperges blanches... Good choice of wines by the glass and craft beers around €8.
