Gourmet Restaurant If the weather's fine, you can spread out the small terrace overlooking the street and enjoy this mouth-watering cuisine, which changes with the season. For a springtime outing, we enjoyed asparagus marinated with sashi wakame katsuobushi perfect egg, skate wing aioli, Bayeux sausage with Japanese curry sauce and, for a light finish, sesame strawberry lentil blancmange. The menu expands a little in the evening, in the same spirit, with lunch at €40 and dinner at €60. A small personal choice for wines by the glass (André Kleinknecht, Yohann Moreno...), cider and beer to complement.
