Gourmet Restaurant
A long-standing favorite in the seaside town, located on the esplanade facing the beach, serving classic, comfort food. The menu is fairly conventional, but the execution lives up to expectations: warm foie gras cutlet with roasted fruits and buckwheat crumble; a fillet of turbot, cockles and razor clams, seaweed risotto with a Thai lemongrass sauce, pan-seared veal sweetbreads and kidneys on puff pastry with mushrooms and vin jaune, and a chocolate and black berry medley.
