On the esplanade by the sea, a faithful table that discreetly sets its sights on the open sea, the essential being a menu of traditional cuisine with beautiful bourgeois effects. Oysters and "gourmandise de homard" (lobster delicacy) are served alongside foie gras, veal sweetbreads and kidneys, and fillet of beef. The full menu-card is €66.50, with a "destructured" vacherin or fine tart for dessert, but there are two lighter formulas at €31 and €48.50. Classic cellar.
