Christophe Ferré's second address, this restaurant follows in the footsteps of its parent company, but concentrates here on a more traditional, authentic approach to national recipes. The menu offers something for everyone: octopus carpaccio, perfect egg meurette and spinach bed, creamy truffle risotto, tuna steak with olive and Parmesan gratin, truffle croque-monsieur, Simmental fillet a la plancha, rose cheesecake.
