It's a townhouse with a garden, fitted out to host a pleasant bistronomic table, with a contemporary, uncluttered decor. Laurence offers a seasonal menu, with revisited classics such as an oeuf cocotte with cream and white truffle, steamed blue ling with ratatouille, beef tartar with chive mayo and Brive mustard gherkins, and strawberry chou craquelin with yogurt coulis and ice cream from the Monts d'Ardèche. In the cellar, Cédric offers advice on over one hundred and sixty different wines.
