A beautiful terrace on the splendid Place de la Comédie, the heart of the city. A brasserie à la bordelaise, both in ambience and content, more contemporary than truly regional, but well mastered: octopus in pickled tacos and smoked ketchup, soft-boiled egg and asparagus with tarragon cream and smoked duck breast, wild shrimp in saffron chorizo piquillo risotto, chocolate pecan vanilla pannacotta... Another menu of "classics and icons" includes foie gras, smoked salmon, tartare, onglet frites, beef wellington... And access to a few grands crus by the glass.
