This bar-counter on the square has a modern banality that may make you fearful, but the result is always professional and fair, with a convenient continuous service: Bobosse pâté en croûte, lobster salad, beef Wellington, gravlax salmon, tandoori tuna, rice pudding, baba... The flow is fast, the cooking is assured and reassuring, and the toque is maintained.
