Gourmet Restaurant Ideally positioned next to the Grand Hôtel, this beautiful corner building naturally benefits from the tourist flow of the square. The menu is wide-ranging, with a chic nibble offered continuously throughout the day (club sandwich, lobster salad, beef Wellington; salmon, foie gras, truffle risotto...) and a more structured lunch and dinner menu offering a shorter, good-value choice: pan-fried scallops with parsnip mousseline, veal breast confit with sweet potato purée, brioche perdu with blood orange marmalade, justifying the toque pur at around 50 euros.
