The current scaffolding should disappear, and the land-sea concept is a success. The second address after the Croix-Rousse, this riverside establishment boasts the same high quality of produce, fine cochonnailles and shellfish, to be shared throughout the day: oysters, black tiger prawns, lobster halves, mussels au gratin, sausage by the metre, smoked pork ribs and matured pork chops.
