Where J'Go used to be, a new Club Cochon celebrates charcuterie the Parisian way, with a nod to "real" farmhouse production. With aperitif plates, ham, sausage, chorizo, rillettes and pâtés. A well-stocked lunch menu with stuffed cabbage, knife sausage, house specialty pithiviers cochon foie gras and a little wine.
