Gault&Millau's review2026
Franck Langrenne brings to life this beautiful testimony to Parisian life, a bistro dating back to 1906, nestled between the Place de la Bourse and the Grands Boulevards. The decor is deliberately restrained, so as not to upset expectations, and the cuisine doesn't stop at tradition, offering more contemporary ideas too. These include eggs en meurette and also bohemian eggplant, poached egg and basil pesto, the famous salmon with sorrel or poultry supreme with fresh goat's cheese, vinegar jus and mashed potatoes. Classic desserts: rum baba with whipped cream, blueberry tarte amandine, paris-brest..
