Very chic Cipriani, right next door to Dior, the resort's ultimate spaghetti, a symbol of Tropezian prestige by Moma Group in a parade of celebrities who've come to celebrate. The program is ultra-simple and classic: carpaccio, vitello tonnato, spaghetti vongole and lobster paccheri. Sole with spinach costs €180, but it's so Cipriani. Château d'Esclans and Villa Antinori in the glasses, of course, negroni at €20.
