Gault&Millau's review 2025

Not far from Montauban, a friendly table-hotel with swimming pool and traditional restaurant, well worth a visit for its respect for recipes and choice of produce. The bill is on a par with the classics, and for a decent price, lunch is a pleasure not to be denied: mimosa egg, ravioli, sot l'y laisse of turkey and basquaise rice, low-temperature lamb roll, apple crumble. Suitable cellar. Good service.
