Nothing changes in a city that's always changing - that's the promise of this neighborhood restaurant, which has been in business for over twenty-five years. Everything is familiar, warm and simple, with local and traditional dishes, top-notch execution and always smiling service, at prices that remain honest. We'll be back for the langoustine tail salad, snail cassolette with garlic cream and spinach, poultry fricassee with morel mushrooms and the famous sweetbreads. Concluding essentials include vanilla millefeuille, chocolate profiteroles, pear charlotte and warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream. Affordable cellar.
