A friendly neighborhood bistro on the Saint-Étienne side of town, quickly adopted as a canteen by local residents. The explanation lies in the good humor and simplicity of the moment, comfortingly familiar traditional dishes and friendly service. The menu includes seasonal starters, lentil salad with smoked bacon, smoked herring, soft-boiled eggs, guinea fowl fricassee and classic desserts. Reasonably priced.
