In the picturesque Faubourg neighborhood, a restaurant well-known to Verdun residents who appreciate the authentic local atmosphere and Grandma’s home-style dishes. Simple, well-prepared dishes that will have you devouring the entire menu, featuring Alsatian-style leek tart, andouillette gratin, veal shank, beef cheek braised in red wine, and house-made duck confit. A set menu is available for €32.50, with just a few rare surcharges (for foie gras, for example), and the welcome is very warm.
