Selected Logically, the cuisine is fairly easygoing, but no visit to Bourges would be complete without a visit to its finest terrace. Located directly opposite the Palais Jacques Cœur, the restaurant offers the best view of the city. You'll be able to admire this architectural gem over a traditional plate: leek velouté with potatoes, fromage frais and grilled bacon, snacked scallops and leek fondue, sautéed rice with vegetables, beef tartar and pepper sauce, pan-fried sweetbreads and sweet potato purée, vanilla crème brûlée.
