A welcome regional bistro in the old quarter of Macheville, near the church of Saint-Domnin. Get to the heart of the matter, in a good atmosphere, with the €27 menu that brings together the basics: Ardéchois charcuterie, onglet with cep sauce, Ardéchoise plate with warm caillette, chocolate chestnut moelleux. A la carte: large salads, snails, trout with almonds, frogs... The Ardèche Syrah is €14 a bottle.
