Gourmet Restaurant
One of those authentic spots where the clientele naturally contributes to its reputation. Since 1949, Françoise has been delighting her regulars, ministerial offices, businesses around Les Invalides, and—above all—food lovers. A truly lovely brasserie with prices that remain reasonable for the dishes on offer, blending regional traditions with contemporary flair: roasted eggplant millefeuille with ricotta, Lafitte foie gras, farçou from Aveyron, roasted turbot with asparagus in mousseline sauce, ribeye with Béarnaise sauce… With vegetarian options and sustainably sourced seafood, Françoise is very much in tune with the times—right down to the strawberry Fontainebleau.
