Gourmet Restaurant It's competitive street-food for this canteen, logically housed in a former butcher's shop, where the vintage, colorful decor contributes to the spirit of the establishment. The menus, written in white felt-tip on the marble, change regularly, with recipes that are as gourmet as ever: asparagus salad with elderberry vinaigrette, pork loin with lentils, onion and parsley sauce, a traditional bread sandwich, stewed chicken with mayo salad, pesto with goat's cheese and prince de Paris, eggplant, tapenade, feta cheese and salad...
