Gault&Millau's review 2025

This elegant 16th-century château, once the hunting lodge of Henri II and Diane de Poitiers, is a luxurious and welcoming resort that owners Marie and Didier Perréol have magnificently renovated. The restaurant has seen a rapid succession of chefs, with Sébastien Nouveau now at the helm.
