This former abbey is now home to a charming countryside inn, perched above Pouilly-sur-Saône, just a stone’s throw from the river’s tributary. Jérémy and Camille serve up delicious, locally sourced cuisine that highlights seasonal and regional ingredients. The €39 set menu features pork pâté en croûte with poultry, mustard, and tarragon; a thick slice of aged catfish with white asparagus, asparagus and fennel broth; veal wrapped in Swiss chard leaves with carrot ketchup and spring vegetables; and a chocolate mousse with salted butter caramel and cocoa tuiles.
