This is Saint-Germain's Italian hotspot, rarely found wanting, always specializing in carpaccio - mainly beef, but also fish - and the best pasta of the moment, tomato basil spaghettini, Tuscan ham casarecce, ravioli stuffed with ricotta spinach, arancini and eggplant parmiggiana. Classic desserts include everything from Sicilian cannolo to affogato.
