Gault&Millau's review 2026

A modern canteen at the bottom of a beautifully renovated building, with squared-off tables and a warm welcome. Good ideas on the slate, carefully translated on the plate: mussel kimchi pickles and green oil, mackerel a la flamme cream of cauliflower leek virgin kiwi peanut nori ponzu sauce (lots of ingredients, but a certain harmony and precision), sage crème brûlée, in a varied selection. Well-chosen wine pairings.
