It's a good idea to have installed a modern bistro in the Musée Caillebotte. We might have hoped for a more elaborate decor in this place of culture, but simplicity has its virtues and the overall impression is positive. Thanks to friendly, dynamic service and a cuisine that's not over-ambitious, but does its job for a varied clientele: salmon salad with yuzu pomegranate vinaigrette, shallot steak, creamy chestnut rice, good citrus Mont Blanc and Corsican clementine sorbet. Short cellar selection, dedicated and pleasant service.
