Right next to Sacré-Cœur, Amandine Chaignot's elegant bistro sets the tone for a cuisine with strong Parisian roots, refined and well-translated. With pleasures at every turn, at lunchtime with the €28 set menu or with croissants garnished, for weekend brunch or with the varied à la carte menu with its familiar notes: egg mayo with herbs, salmon gravlax, frogs' legs, sea bass cocotte with fennel and olives in mussel juice, poultry paillard with white peach sauce. Desserts in the same style (opera, pavlova, Suzette, crème brûlée...), well-balanced cellar.
