An elegant marine speciality restaurant on the port of Sauzon. With its teak terrace and contemporary furnishings, it's a popular summertime spot, offering well-executed dishes, classics from the repertoire in keeping with the environment, and seafood platters costing up to €86, such as tourteau farci en carapace, Belle-Île smoked salmon, sole meunière, skate wing with capers, blue lobster roasted to order, monkfish medallion, shellfish cream and leek risotto.
