Gault&Millau's review 2025

A bistronomic address on the banks of the Dordogne, not far from Libourne, this restaurant dynamically combines modernity and old stone, in an industrial loft style that suits dishes of revisited terroir. The slightly subdued atmosphere contributes to the successful conclusion of dinners for two, which see well-executed ideas pass through the plates: scallops a la plancha with a brunoise of avocado with lime and fennel milk, fillet of wild catfish, minty créneau rice, romanesco cream and roasted cauliflower, fillet of beef with a homemade truffle purée and cream of button mushroom, or mango tartare, almond tuiles with vanilla cream. Well-informed cellar.
