The fashion for the post it stuck on the front as a menu guide that adds to all the previous ones in a patchwork of colors has remained a signature of this lively, young and animated place, which we rewarded last year. In the same pleasant vein, real ideas for generous, straightforward meals, served with care and kindness: cabbage stuffed with breuil, leeks preserved in ewe's milk, horse mackerel crudo with ginger, marinated saithe with soubise and voile wine, peas... We finish happily with the polenta cake with strawberry compote and breuil, and drink just as pleasantly.
