A traditional hotel for a quiet stay in the Xaintois countryside, not far from Vittel. The table, too, inspires calm and serenity, with its classic recipes based on regional products, poultry and cheeses in particular, which provide a fine platter. Try the quiche, calf's head, squab and duck breast. Good menu at €35, with well-crafted desserts.
