His crêperies have spread all over France, but Bertrand Larcher's team's commitment to quality is unquestionable. This Lyonnais example has the same assets as all its cousins: golden location (corner building, terrace), clearly identifiable catalog, flawless preparation. In other words, the assurance of a good galette served with a smile; the classics, the must-tries (Guéméné, organic salmon...), the rolls, the cheeses that we always find with pleasure and greed, Suzette, banane chocolat, and of course the list of good ciders selected by the house. As a diversion, an iodized moment with Prat ar Coum oysters.
