Why not open a Breizh Café in Megève? Because this brand is a bit of a luxury galette, or 2.0, one that's a little far from the paddock without denying its origins. So it's making a good impression with its fun-loving menu, its specialties adapted to the circumstances, such as Breizh roll reblochon or galette raclette, or caramel beurre salé with blueberries. And, of course, there are the house classics: andouille de Guéméné, lobster, beef pastrami with yuzu kosho cream, and yuzu suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier..
