Gault&Millau's review2025
It's a sort of canteen for friends happy to live in the village of Saint-Cyr, proud to admire one of the most beautiful views over Lyon, especially on summer nights, from this terrace lit up like a guinguette, where you can easily slip from aperitif to meal. The clientele is well-to-do and can easily switch from a white Beaujolais to a ten-year-old Corton-Charlemagne from Leflaive, all on a menu invariably set at €29, lunch and dinner. The menu changes weekly, and Michaël Gaudinet, who has worked at Le Grand Véfour, Le Carré des Feuillants and La Mère Brazier, sends us the simple dishes of a modern brasserie, always well thought out, well cooked and well seasoned.
