Gourmet Restaurant Superbly placed, in a corner of the square, right in the center, this brasserie has proved its consistency over the past fifteen years, with a simple, contemporary menu, now in the spirit of bouillon: escargots, bone marrow, fried andouillette from Troyes, Toulouse sausage purée, duck confit, entrecôte poivre, choucroute de la mer. Choice of classic desserts, wine cellar.
