A solid, consistent bistro that's always worth its hat, renewing its offer with the seasons and the years, adapting to tourism and local demand, while remaining true to its bistro tradition. The menu is eloquent, with a mix of dishes to satisfy a wide variety of tastes: mayo eggs, charcuterie, snails, herring with apples in oil, Jargeau andouillette with cider sauce, sauerkraut, old-fashioned mustard veal kidneys, profiteroles, pavlova, chocolate mousse... Low prices and friendly service.
