A little off the tourist circuit but close to the market, this jovial bistro knows how to renew itself: the slate is always attractive, giving you the embarrassment of a good choice at four proposals per level: crab with tomato confit profiteroles, foie gras with fig marmalade, cuttlefish crumble with chorizo and comté, veal kidneys with port mushrooms and home fries...
