Chef's Restaurant It's the same family spirit that reigns in this modern home, with its comfortable armchairs and beautiful crockery, highlighting a lively, witty cuisine that involves the customer, piggybacking on the list of ingredients in a playful spirit. Anthony Aycaguer is ably assisted - by his wife in the dining room and his son in the kitchen - to produce delicate sequences: granny smith with coconut beans and bottarga, mushrooms with a perfect egg and iodized flavors, lobster, pig and sucrine in a classic, well-executed land-sea dish, with a delicious pig's trotter, and we applaud daring combinations, such as cockles and foie gras or squab and kiwi offering tender, juicy meat. A fine wine list and pleasant, attentive service.
