A table of regulars, a bistro that's not so easy to find and yet regularly sells out. Thanks to the talent and know-how of Claude Suter, the owner, people come from Cannes and even further afield to discover this unbeatable value-for-money menu. Try the Alsatian-born chef's sauerkraut salad, ginger and citrus fish panaché, macaroni with fine poultry stuffing or pan-fried veal sweetbreads and kidneys. A good pear belle-hélène among classic desserts, a professional and engaging welcome; Nice cellar of great references, with some treasures, like this vertical of Clos Sainte-Hune.
