Gault&Millau's review 2026

A convenient bistro at the foot of the Intercontinental, conveniently located at the top of the steps to Place Villeneuve-Bargemon, with a popular terrace in summer. The menu features convincing versions of the Provencal and Mediterranean repertoires, including fried supions with garlic and parsley, fillet of bass with polenta and candied vegetables, and confit pork belly with celery and granny-smith cream, candied seasonal vegetables and reduced jus. Consensual desserts.
