Gault&Millau's review 2026

Good news for this friendly bistro set up last summer by Antoine and Sarah. The young chef, who has worked at Le Castellas in Sivergues, knows the region and its producers well, the current menu is short and judicious, and the tapas slate completes the offer for extended aperitifs.
