Selected Not far from the Halles, a warm and accessible bistro, where you can enjoy market cuisine by the slate and a careful selection of organic and natural wines, by the glass or bottle. The menus follow an honest rotation, and the dishes are as good as the prices: a nice soft-boiled egg and asparagus, a well-cooked market fish or a beef tartar. Good service.
