Gourmet Restaurant The bistro alternative offers residents a change of scene, and outsiders a taste of the charms of Valrugues on a smaller budget. Excellent service, in a pretty setting with large bay windows, for a cuisine that's closer to gastro than cantoche: Rougié foie gras and mango chutney with lime and Espelette pepper, yellow chicken supreme with thyme, mushroom duxelles with tarragon and strong juice, dessert cart, in a good €65 menu. Good but expensive selection by the glass from nearby vineyards,
