A lively bistro with a competitive terrace on the banks of the Midouze, perfect in summer, and an attractive dining room under the beams, never short of entertainment. The kitchens serve up efficient bistro dishes, including a Landaise salad with foie gras, rillettes, gizzards and smoked duck breast, flambéed scallops and leek fondue, a small duck breast and French fries, and a salted butter caramel millefeuille.
