A convenient address at the entrance to the old town, with its brasserie classics and outdoor tables that are a summertime tourist favorite. On the menu: escargots en cocotte with garlic and mushroom cream, roast camembert stuffed with andouille sausage, steamed salmon pavé with leek fondue, minced beef pavé, Savoy gratin, old-fashioned rice pudding.
