The theme of this busy bistro is all about carnivores: rare meats, mainly beef, from the best origins (Angus, black onyx, wagyu, Argentina, Galicia, Uruguay), at formidable prices (€220 per kilo for Galician tomahawk, for example). The vast terrace is full, and many regulars are satisfied after a plate of charcuterie or mussels au gratin. Well-cooked, well-chosen cuts and a decent cellar of local produce.
