Gault&Millau's review 2025

A bistro version of Le Vieux Logis, located just fifty meters from the latter. Simpler, more affordable fare, of course, but the same general attention to detail in plates, welcome and service: burrata, beet, fennel and orange salad, roast pollack, sweet potatoes and fromage blanc, dried fruit brownie, light pear and chocolate ganache for a perfectly framed ensemble.
